This privacy policy has been compiled to describe how SEEDS Consulting and its subsidiaries (“We,” “we,” “us,” “SEEDS”) may collect and use any personal data that we collect. SEEDS Consulting offers executive recruiting and consulting service to help both candidates and companies with recruiting and career management. To provide these services we may collect certain data (“Personally Identifiable Information” or “PII”) that identifies you as an individual or relates to an identifiable individual.

PII, as described in US privacy law and information security, is information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate a single person, or to identify an individual in context. What personal information do we collect and how do we use it?

SEEDS Consulting may collect personal information such as (name, email address and physical address, job search criteria and preferences, work history, current or previous salary information, benefits and educational history) when you provide it to us by registering to use our systems, submitting a resume, responding to an employment opportunity, completing a survey, subscribing to a newsletter, filling out a form, or contacting us through email or postal mail. We may also collect personal information about you from third parties, including colleague recommendations, public databases, joint marketing partners and social media platforms.

We may use the data collected to provide you with information regarding employment opportunities and career-related information, provide you with requested information or services, conduct surveys or reviews, industry focused articles, send you automated messages, newsletters or materials regarding our services, including employment information, or personalizing your experience on our website, and following up with you after correspondence or to confirm that the information we have is accurate and current. We may also use PII for our business purposes, such as data analysis, audits and improving our services.

Please note that you may access this website anonymously, although if you do not provide certain personal information you may not be able to participate in our search services and/or consulting services.

In limited cases we may ask for sensitive information relating to our services. For example, we may have a demographic survey with questions regarding age, gender, race, etc. We may also collect information related to race, for diversity purposes. As permitted by applicable laws, we may obtain background verification information (which may include, but is not limited to Social Security numbers, criminal backgrounds, and country of origin.)

What information do we not collect?

SEEDS Consulting does not ask for payment information (credit and debit, cash, check, money orders, gift cards, vouchers, or any other online payment methods), information related to political opinions, religious, or other beliefs.

Who and what information we share?

We may disclose PII to third parties in the following circumstances: to a third-party service provider performing services on our behalf; to comply with applicable laws, the service of legal process, or if we believe that such action is necessary to comply with the law, prevent a crime, protect the personal safety of the users or protect the rights of SEEDS Consulting. We may also disclose or transfer information to a third party in the event of a reorganization, merger, or sale of the business.

During our recruitment and consulting services, we may disclose your personal information to clients who have engaged us. We may also use your information for benchmarking, trend analysis, and research. In these cases, no PII will be included, and the results will only refer to larger groups of anonymous information from participating individuals. Non-personally identifiable visitor information from our website may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising or other uses.

What other information do we collect?

Our website is directed towards adults over the age of eighteen. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under that age.

SEEDS Consulting reviews its privacy policy from time to time and as a such our practices are subject to change.
